I am working in partnership with a well-established multinational law firm. They are recognised as true industry leaders, with their culture being embedded around its people and society. Due to extensive investment and acquisition, they are at initial stages of expanding their systems team and recruiting a HR Systems Developer who champions Oracle HCM on a hybrid / remote basis for the Birmingham HQ.
The main skills they are seeking for such an appointment are:
• Oracle Cloud.
• SQL.
• Functional system development.
• Detailed knowledge of configuring all types of Oracle Cloud HR work structures, profiles, workflows, security, checklists, ability to use Data Loaders etc.
• Systems integration using APIs.
• HR or System Consulting background.
• International experience desirable.
• Large firm professional services background.
• Oracle Fast Formula experience.
