This role has become available due to expanding their cash management development team, the company operates across the globe. By connecting markets East & West, they services the needs of individuals, institutions, corporates and governments through its three business divisions: Retail, Asset Management, and Wholesale (Global Markets and Investment Banking). Founded in 1925, the firm is built on a tradition of disciplined entrepreneurship, serving clients with creative solutions and considered thought leadership.
The Cash Management It team is responsible for the business applications used to support the functions of treasury and cash management including intraday liquidity. Managing the firm’s nostro accounts and providing cash projections. The platform is a true global platform, spread over three geo-graphical regions.
Role description:
A member of the cash management IT team Reporting to the technical lead:
- Support a suite of existing applications within the Cash Management world
- Make both tactical / strategic changes to the established code base
- Provide status reports to a wide audience
- Liaise with Developers/Business Analysts/Stakeholders within region, and in other regions.
- Support the existing applications.
Key objectives critical to success:

- A desire to take responsibility and ownership of components/processes within the team
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Ability to communicate and work effectively within the peer group
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, or other numerate discipline
Essential:
- Extensive Linux
- C# programming experience
- .NET (4.8+)
- SQL
- Windows knowledge
- Minimum 5 years commercial IT Experience.
Desirable:
- Gitlab
- Jenkins CI / CD tool
- Ansible
- Nexus
- Nuget (C# package manager)
- Docker
- Microsoft SQL Server
- XML processing experience
- Microservices
- C++
- Investment Bank Back Office Experience/ Financial Services Background
