Our client is one of the largest funds globally with over $7trillion in AUM. We are looking for multiple DevOps Engineers to join the London team which is pioneering the technology growth for the European side of the business.
The role will work as part of the Europe CTO Team which is an extension of US based pipeline team. The team is responsible for ensuring 99.999 pipeline availability and continuous deployment of cloud workloads globally. Our client is currently shifting onto AWS as part of a global initiative and successful candidates will be large contributors to the project.
You will provide senior-level cloud engineering services, including the direction, evaluation, selection, configuration, implementation, testing, automation, and integration of new or existing technologies and tools.
Criteria
- Experience in a modern object oriented language (Java, Node, Javascript, or Python)
- Experience monitoring and alerting production workloads in AWS
- Experience managing AWS infrastructure using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform
- Hands on experience with a combination of the following: Bamboo, Jenkins, Github Actions, or similar
- Able to communicate and collaborate with global teams and business users
- Previous history in large Enterprise (Financial Services is desirable)
