A Global Organisation currently has an exciting role for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join their Growing but Established Technology Practice. This is a permanent role based in London
This role will provide a centre of expertise and consultancy to the development teams on technical implementation of technical solutions for the business as required by the commercial team across, Banking, Pre-Paid cards, Insurance, Loyalty and CRM and across markets and channels ( web , mobile and integration). Working with the Chief Architect & development leads, the job holder will ensure that solutions are functionality delivered, for both applications and infrastructure, meets the business needs and comply with technical policies and architectures. The successful candidate will be expected to have proven experience of using Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the underlining infrastructure/solution base. The role will need to have proven practical experience of developing new applications on AWS including configuration managements and infrastructure as code tools, as well as dealing with credentials securely. Knowledge of API/Services based architectures is also required and the ability to debug multi-tier applications to support application developers.
We currently have a suite of products written in several different technologies, and are transitioning towards a unified Elm/Elixir stack.
You do not need to have experience with all of these technologies, but candidates who most closely match our stack will be preferred, in order of importance:
- Elixir with Phoenix and Erlang VM
- Amazon AWS, Docker, AWS Fargate, EC2, Kinesis, …
We would also like to see a candidate with;
- Proven experience of using Amazon Web Services (AWS) including AWS services/products such as EC2, S3, CloudFormation, CloudFront, Elastic Load Balancing, RDS, CloudWatch and overall account structure / security.
