This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring Data Analysts in the Birmingham area. My client is looking for someone who is highly analytical but can also demonstrate high levels of customer care. You will play a key part in the transformation of the business as they move to a more advanced platform.
Operations Analyst – What will you be doing?
• Supporting & driving process changes and improvements.
• Managing data flow and recommending changes and improvements.
• Controlling key customer processes from start to finish.
• streamlining & digitalising ways of working.
• Applying your knowledge of dashboards and business intelligence tools to support the wider team.
Operations Analyst – What will you need?
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Digital workplace solutions experience.
• Degree educated or equivalent industry experience is desirable.
