Data Specialist - EnergyTech
I’m recruiting on behalf of an Energy Tech Start-Up based in London. My client have utilized a series of Artificial Intelligence based IoT platforms to control, optimize and explain poor performance in major Data Centers and tower networks. They help companies become more efficient in their use of energy and create less energy waste.
This role is for someone passionate about advanced Data Analytics. You will be working in the customer success team with Software Engineers and Data Scientists. You will be providing their customers with advanced analytics on their performances whilst also working to fix data issues and problems. This role would be ideal for someone currently working as a Data Analyst and looking to gradually transition into a Data Scientist. As more remedial tasks become automated, your focus will be on forecasting, intelligent insights and much more. You should have a strong technical skill set with basic support tools. Having good SQL & Python experience will be massively helpful too.
This is a fully remote role with the only exception being to company meet-ups on special occasions/celebrations. The salary for this role is between £30,000 - £35,000 and potential shares/equity down the line. If the following sounds like you:
- Experience in Data Analyst / Software Analyst / Engineering role
- Experience with dashboarding & presenting to stakeholders
- Experience with SQL, Excel and/or Python for scripting
- Highly passionate about Data and ambitions towards Data Science
- Highly competent communicator and ability to solve complex/abstract problems
- Strong academic background (BSc / MSc in numerical/statistical subject or Comp Sci)
