Robert Walters is working in Partnership with a leading Property Management Company, they have more than 450 sites across the UK, and are truely market leaders within their field. Due to exponential growth that they have had over the past 12 months, they are looking to expand their Data and Insight team, and are looking for an experienced Data Analyst, offering between £25,000 to £30,000 per annum plus benefits, to be based in their Kingswinford Offices.
As an experienced Data Analyst you would be reporting to the Commercial Financial Controller, to pull together meaningful business and industry wide data from multiple sources and to improve reporting capabilities.
Data Analyst - Duties:
- Assist in the development of core systems and implement new systems and processes to improve business capabilities.
- Develop forecasting and scenario planning tools to feed into group budget and strategic planning.
- Assist the commercial accounting team with the analysis of property performance review and reporting to the asset managers.
- Maintain integrity of the data.
- Produce periodic reporting for distribution to senior managers.
Data Analyst - Experiences:
- Strong academic background to degree level (preferably a 2.1).
- 2 years post qualification experience working in a professional environment with a good understanding of databases / ERP systems.
This is a permanent opportunity for a Data Analyst, offering a salary between £25,000 to £35,000 per annum plus benefits, for a established property management firm who are true market leaders within their industry, to be based in their Kingswinford offices.
