My client, an industry-leading organisation, who offer market leading service to their customers and million pounds worth in investment towards community investment, are looking for an experienced and driven Business Analyst.

Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience
Experience Required: Business Analyst
Duties of the Business Analyst:
As an experienced Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of business change and IT solutions across the organisation through requirement gathering, producing business analysis documents, and undertaking data analysis to establish new opportunities

Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of various projects centred upon both business change and IT
• Continually provide business support (process improvement, user support, training, etc) to the business when and where needed.
• Ensure that Business Requirements are fully developed and documented e.g., functional, non-functional, and reporting requirements
• Oversee implementation of approved project control processes.
• To operate within company budget, and at all times be an ambassador for the company.
Requirements of the Business Analyst:
• The ideal candidate would have experience of working in Business Analysis roles for 4+ years
• Experience working on IT centred projects and use of agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working through the full project life cycle experience
• Strong communication skills
• Previous evidence of stakeholder management is essential.
