My client, an industry-leading organisation, who offer market leading service to their customers and million pounds worth in investment towards community investment, are looking for an experienced and driven Business Systems Analyst.

Role Type: Permanent

Location: East Midlands

Working: 5 Days in Office

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum depending on experience

Experience Required: Business Systems Analysis

Duties of the Business Analyst:

As an experienced Business Systems Analyst, you will join the organisation to plan, design, develop, and launch various financial and operational systems to achieve business objectives. You will also be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting data to support business cases, system requirements and proposed projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continually provide business systems support (process improvement, user support, training, etc) to the business when and where needed.
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of various projects centred upon software development.
• Utilise project management methodologies when and where necessary.
• Design potential solutions to any challenges identified across the portfolio of projects.
• Plan, design, develop and deploy new application implementations, as well as application upgrades
• Define and document requirements to appropriate company standards

Requirements of the Business Analyst:

• The ideal candidate would have experience of working in Business System Analysis roles for 4+ years
• Experience in project management and use of project management methodologies and applications.
• Experience in the full software development life cycle experience
• Strong communication skills
• Previous evidence of stakeholder management is essential.
