The client is a Financial Services regulatory body headquartered in London. Objective of the role: the Product Analyst role will be involved delivery of improvements to the Workday system and Business as Usual operations.
About the Product Analyst role:
The Product Analyst will work directly on Workday software, delivering improvements and identifying new opportunities within the Workday Cloud service offerings and other Business as Usual operations. The successful role holder will collaborate with the ERP Product Group, key business owners and SMEs.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide Development and Business as Usual Workday support for Finance and Adaptive Insights.
- Design and maintain system configuration, including Custom Validations, Business Processes, Security, etc.
- Provide input to the ERP Product Group team in order to offer a fully developed DevOps model to the end user.
- Maintaining the integration of key interfaces with Workday via agreed transfer methods e.g. automated / scheduled tasks, manual data imports etc.
- Develop credibility and relationships with key stakeholders within the business to enable the delivery of new opportunities identified through deep product knowledge.
Key skills required:
- Workday technologies subject matter expert, certified to at least one Workday Pro Track qualification.
- Recent and demonstratable experience with Workday Finance including Projects, Procurement, Suppliers, Expenses, Time Tracking, Customers, Revenue, Financial Accounting, Tax, and Adaptive Insights.
- Good stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with and communicate with people at all business levels.
- Experience of working within a corporate or government IT environment that uses Workday technologies.
- Experience with formal development methodologies (e.g. Prince2, RUP, Scrum, Agile) and with integrating Workday with other IT systems (e.g. Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, Clarizen).
