Robert Walters is working in partnerships with an international law firm, they specialise in providing expert legal services across all industries such as, but not limited to: Energy, Financial, Technology and Manufacturing. Due to continued growth and investment, they are keen to appoint an experienced Principal Security Architect on a permanent basis, paying a salary range of £90,000 to £110,000 plus bonus and hybrid working from their Birmingham offices.
As an experienced Principal Security Architect, you will assist in defining the groups security strategy, architecture and technical capabilities. You will translate business objectives and InfoSec risk management requirements into specific security processes underpinned by security architecture principles.
Principal Security Architect: Duties
- Develop security architecture, roadmaps and strategy
- Develop and implement security solutions
Architecture principles oversee:
- Endpoint solutions
- Identity & access
- Operating systems
- Cloud services – Azure and SaaS principals
- DLP
- Track developments in threat environments and business objectives
- Architecture reviews
- Implement baseline security config. Standards
- Conduct threat modelling of services
Principal Security Architect: Experience
- CISSP – Essential
- Security infrastructure: Firewalls, IPSs, WAFs, Endpoint protection, CASB
- Designing IAM technologies (Active Directory, LDAP)
- Design deployment of applications into public cloud services – Azure
- O365 – Architecture and techniques
- SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, Open data, Microservices
The permanent opportunity for a Principal Security Architect will pay a salary range of £90,000 to £110,000 plus bonus and hybrid working from their Birmingham offices.
