Azure DevOps Consultant - Outside IR35

Our client is looking for an Azure DevOps Consultant to help deliver on the below project: * Deliver clustered firewalls in Azure * Design migration of on premise estate to Azure and proof of concept * Define model for Azure tenancy, including subscriptions and enterprise enrolment * Define architecture to support DevOps programmes * Define strategy to migrate databases to Azure with security * Design Azure connectivity support internet, on premise and remote clients * Define approach to improve Azure security and cost management

Key experience required to deliver on this role:　

Extensive hands-on design and implementation experience

A wide ranging infrastructure exposure, including as many of the following as possible:

• Provision of infrastructure for business applications
• Digital solutions
• Cloud delivery – Microsoft Azure infrastructure and costing
• Network design
• Servers and storage
• Provision of infrastructure for databases – SQL and Oracle
• Operations
• Application service environment
• Web app, API and function hosting
• Azure Application Gateway
• API Management Services
• VPN and Firewall experience

Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments including on premises legacy systems (*nix / Windows / Citrix / SQL / Oracle)

Project solution architecture experience

Experience with Azure infrastructure such as Account structures e.g. (subscription, tenant), Azure Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Domain Services, Service Principles, RBAC, IAM.

Azure Arm Template scripting and management through Azure DevOps

Express route configuration and management

Ability to take a flexible approach to design with limited defined as is architecture and NFR’s

Ability to ensure architecture designs follow internal standards
