As part of the recruitment campaign they are recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst, to ensure the support of customers, users and service of computers, systems and networks.
The opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst will be based in Epsom paying a base salary up to £26,000 plus benefits.
Service Desk Analyst : Role Duties
- Support IS products and services
- Resolve incidents within SLA’s agreements
- Provide fixes to escalated incidents
- Remote, Phone and Email support
- Central point of contact
- Prioritise, record and manage incidents
Service Desk Analyst : Experience
- Excellent customer service experience
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Windows 7
- Active Directory
- Exchange 2007
- SharePoint 2010
