Talent Advisor Contract: 6-month fixed-term Salary: £40K - £45K (pro-rata) Location: Salford (hybrid working) Hours: Standard Mon-Fri, 9-5 Interview: 2 stages - 1 virtual, 1 F2F

Are you passionate about recruitment and have some experience within HR advisory work? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make an impact? We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Advisor to join a dynamic team on a fixed-term basis for six months.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys operational recruitment and has the ability to support business divisions with their hiring needs while also contributing to broader HR advisory duties. You’ll play a key role in ensuring we attract and retain top talent while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and colleagues alike.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various business divisions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality hires.
  • Partnering with People Leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
  • Supporting on-boarding processes to ensure new starters have a seamless transition into the business.
  • Advising on HR-related queries, acting as a trusted first point of contact for People Leaders and colleagues.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating HR systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Contributing to HR projects and initiatives, offering insights and recommendations to improve processes.
  • Collaborating with other HR functions to deliver consistent and high-quality service across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in operational recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes with some advisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
  • A proactive mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
