Robert Walters is partnering with a fast-growing organisation in media production to find an exceptional Head of Talent Acquisition. This is a unique opportunity to lead the recruitment strategy for a business that’s scaling rapidly and shaping its future workforce.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation in the world of global media production, known for its ambitious growth plans and high-performing culture. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment function, with a strong focus on Sales hiring, and play a pivotal role in building a world-class team.

Beyond recruitment, you’ll enjoy a varied remit that includes HR responsibilities, giving you exposure to broader people operations and the chance to make a real impact across the business.

The successful Head of Talent Acquisition will:

  • Lead and execute the full recruitment strategy, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce planning and deliver top commercial talent.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position us as an employer of choice.
  • Optimise processes for candidate experience and quality of hire.
  • Support HR with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.

The successful Head of Talent Acquisition will bring:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition at senior level.
  • Strong background in Sales recruitment within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with the ability to build processes from scratch.
  • Exposure to HR functions or willingness to develop in this area.
