For the successful Talent Acquisition Partner, this role offers the opportunity to join a pioneering charity and support the delivery of talent objectives, projects and processes.
What you'll do:
As Talent Acquisition Partner, your role will involve:
- Lead and manage a specialist area of recruitment
- Develop new and existing sourcing strategies
- Identify, attract and coordinate candidates
- Manage a high touch recruitment process
- Partner with leadership teams
- Support performance management of PSL
- Carry out regular site visits to support key stakeholders
What you bring:
The ideal Talent Acquisition Partner will bring solid experience of recruitment within Education or related field.
- Recruitment experience gained from in-house, RPO or consultancy
- A track record of recruiting across all levels
- Experience using ATS / HRIS
- Experience in permanent and contingent recruitment
- Excellent organisational, communication, interpersonal skills
