Are you interested in joining a Global Procurement Consultancy located in Central London? My client is currently seeking an internal contract recruiter to join their busy team supporting with all direct hiring. Ideal candidate will be immediately available with experience recruiting contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the unique skill sets required for various projects and clients, and use that knowledge to market map and talent pool potential contractors.
  • Utilise LinkedIn, headhunting, and screening techniques to engage contractors with the company and maintain strong relationships through regular content sharing and interaction.
  • Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, gaining buy-in from Project Managers, and adding them to the contractor database or onboarding them for specific clients.
  • Maintain and manage the Applicant Tracking System and candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with staffing, project managers, VP Leads, and finance to anticipate changing trends and requirements.
  • Prepare weekly and ad hoc reporting for recruitment calls with the Leadership Team.
  • Support other recruitment projects and initiatives.

Qualifications and Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in contractor and interim hiring.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn headhunting and pipelining.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and independently.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a changeable environment.
  • Confident with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels within the organisation, as well as with candidates.
  • Proactive approach, able to work on own initiative with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, motivated, and positive.
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
