Reward Manager - 12 months FTC I am partnering with a fast paced, commercially driven organisation seeking an experienced Reward Manager to join their high impact reward function. This is an opportunity to shape and deliver reward initiatives across a broad international landscape, supporting both business as usual activity and a suite of strategic global projects. Based in London - both hybrid and remote options available. £80000 - £90000K +benefits

If you thrive in a lean team, enjoy operating with autonomy and pace, and bring deep global reward expertise, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Global Reward Frameworks & Governance

  • Maintain and refine global reward policies and frameworks, ensuring consistency across multiple countries while accommodating local market needs.
  • Advise senior leaders and HR teams on reward decisions that balance commercial priorities with compliance and fairness.
  • Support governance activity, including preparation of materials and analysis for executive level reward decision-making.

Compensation, Job Architecture & Incentives

  • Lead global job evaluation and job levelling activity using recognised methodologies (e.g. Hay, Mercer).
  • Manage annual reward cycles including salary review, bonus planning and incentive allocations.
  • Contribute to the design and governance of incentive schemes, with particular value placed on experience in sales incentive environments.
  • Support executive compensation processes, including long term incentives and share based programmes.

Benefits & Global Programme Management

  • Oversee administration of global benefits programmes, ensuring consistency and quality across markets.
  • Review and enhance benefits offerings, balancing competitiveness, cost and local expectations.
  • Collaborate with local HR teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and employee experience.

Reward Operations & Payroll Interface

  • Provide reward input into payroll processes where applicable.
  • Experience with global payroll operations or implementation of new payroll systems is a welcome advantage (but not essential).

Data, Reporting & Insight

  • Produce accurate and timely reward reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Support pay equity assessments, compliance submissions and reward governance reporting.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and comfort working in a dynamic, fast moving environment.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs, Finance and senior leaders across the business.
  • Influence effectively without large team infrastructure.
  • Balance strategic oversight with hands on delivery.

Essential Experience

  • Strong track record in global reward roles supporting multiple countries.
  • Exposure to RemCo activity, executive compensation and long term incentive/share plans.
  • Deep expertise in job evaluation and job levelling frameworks.
  • Comfortable working independently, prioritising with clarity and delivering at pace.
  • Solid grounding in compensation, benchmarking, governance and reward operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Pragmatic, commercially aware and confident navigating international complexity.
  • Enjoys autonomy, accountability and a “progress over perfection” culture.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience in sales led businesses or with sales incentive design.
  • Background in global benefits review and optimisation.
  • Experience in global payroll operations or system rollouts.
  • Experience refining or building sales-specific reward programmes.

Qualifications

  • CIPD (or equivalent professional qualification/experience) preferred.

If you're energised by global complexity, motivated by meaningful work, and excited to join a business that values pace and impact, we’d love to hear from you.
