Payroll and Benefits Specialist – Immediate Start (Temporary Contract) Are you an experienced Payroll and Benefits professional with a global outlook and a keen eye for detail? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established international organisation that is urgently seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join their team in London on a temporary basis to support critical operations across 20 international offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll:

• Coordinate monthly payroll submissions across multiple jurisdictions via outsourced providers.
• Review and verify payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and manage payroll calendars and liaise with HR and Finance teams.
• Monitor legislative changes and ensure timely updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support year-end tax reporting and audits.
• Generate payroll-related MI and cost analysis reports.
