About You
- Strong background in reward, compensation, or benefits analysis, ideally within a complex or professional services environment.
- Proficient in Excel and experience with HRIS.
- Skilled in interpreting data, modelling scenarios, and presenting findings clearly.
- Solid understanding of market bench marking methodologies
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Analytical, detail-focused, and commercially aware.
