Reward Manager
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to join their dynamic team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-value specialist reward expertise, ensuring the continuous assessment of market competitiveness and alignment with the company's strategy.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing compensation policies and plans, implementing changes across the organisation effectively.
What you'll do:
As a Reward Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's reward strategy.
- Provide input to the development and communication of the company's reward strategy
- Contribute to the continual review of pay levels, reward policies and processes
- Support senior management in conducting salary benchmarking approach reviews
- Lead specific parts of annual reward and benefits proposals
- Manage specific reward projects to develop specialist solutions in the area of reward and benefits
- Serve as the source of expert Reward advice for HR Business Partners
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Reward Manager position brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of reward management.
- Relevant experience; CIPD qualification preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with a consulting mentality
- Numerate and computer literate with strong analytical skills; MS Excel and HR systems knowledge desirable
- Effective problem-solving skills with ability to manage conflicting priorities within tight deadlines
- Significant breadth of relevant experience in all aspects of reward management
