Robert Walters is working with one of the largest independent owners, operators, and developers of shared telecommunications infrastructure in the world. Seeking a Director of Total Reward and Mobility who brings strong numerical and analytical skills coupled with excellent communication abilities

Our client is seeking a Director of Total Reward and Mobility to join a collaborative and collegiate team environment. The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage total rewards programs globally, which includes compensation, benefits, equity, LTIP, internal mobility and recognition programs. Based in London, this role benefits from hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all compensation, benefits are market competitive, aligned with business goals
  • Lead the development and execution of communications and change management plans related to Total Reward
  • Monitor the effectiveness of compensation programs, policies, guidelines and procedures
  • Provide leadership to team members actively participate in performance management and development process
  • Support executive compensation, including developing plans for the Remuneration Committee and executive leadership team
  • Responsible for the administration of the Group payroll
  • Develop strategic compensation programs and solutions to drive business results

Key Requirements:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven business acumen and superior judgement
  • Experience in setting compensation and benefits strategy
  • Familiarity with executive compensation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
