A prestigious global airlines business are seeking a Performance and Reward Manager to be based at their London office, sitting with the Regional HR team on a hybrid working basis. This is a permanent role and the business are happy to consider pay ranges of around the £100K mark.
This role sits in a team of experts that cover all reward activities globally including being accountable for designing, implementing and managing all compensation and benefit and performance management programmes and processes across multiple locations.
Standard responsibilities including job evaluations, compensation and reward frameworks, exec comp, employee incentives, regional compliance, job matching, draft reward benefits and compensation proposals, advise regional HRBPs, review retirement options etc.
The company would like to hear from candidates who have a track record of working in reward, compensation, benefits & performance management in global matrix settings. Knowledge of aviation employee travel and benefits programmes is advantageous but not essential.
