Open to discussing salary based on experience.
This opportunity will give you the chance to work with the Reward Advisory team supporting their global operating groups alongside colleagues in global locations. Other roles and responsibilities include:
- Working on reward projects such as the annual remuneration review
- Provide support during corporate acquisitions and integration's
- Providing pay recommendations for new hires
- Presenting remuneration analysis to stakeholders
- Remuneration market analysis
The person:
- 2+ years Reward advisory experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced and changing environment
- Ideally experience in the financial services sector or would consider consultancy or market data industry experience
