About the Role:
As part of the Early Careers team, you’ll lead operational and strategic delivery of campus recruitment services across designated business lines. From managing end-to-end processes like CV reviews and assessment centres to driving innovative attraction strategies at universities, this role offers variety, challenge, and impact.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-volume campus hires across business lines.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes including shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating assessment centres.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders while promoting best practices like unconscious bias training.
  • Oversee onboarding processes in collaboration with HR teams.
  • Lead university-specific events and society sponsorships aligned with attraction objectives.
  • Support conversion of summer interns into graduate roles.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience in graduate/early careers recruitment or volume hiring.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A passion for diverse hiring practices and innovative attraction strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills across candidates, stakeholders, and external partners.
