Recruitment Marketing Specialist
London (3 days per week in the office, 2 days WFH)

Summary
Here at Robert Walters, our client, a world leader in financial services, is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist in Recruitment.
This role will be responsible for strategy and execution of Recruitment Marketing campaigns in support of Talent Acquisition's Global, Regional and Divisional objectives.
Working as part of the global Employer Brand team the post-holder will design and deliver targeted campaigns and initiatives across the marketing mix including media advertising, social, digital, press and video.
As a key member of the team and in collaboration with EB and TA colleagues they will design and embed global best practices for campaign analytics and reporting, media buying and recruiter engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design, development and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns in direct support of the Talent Acquisition objectives.
- Project management of multi-channel marketing campaigns across Professional and Early Careers and encompassing creative development, media planning, digital, social media, print, events and video production.
- Developing effective working relationships with key stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, wider HR, Brand Communications, Business and Regional Management as appropriate.
- Creating a framework for consistent campaign ROI analytics and reporting to be utilised globally.
- Working with the recruitment teams globally to inform and educate on recruitment marketing initiatives and tools.
- Driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness through effective global media buying and contract negotiation.
- Working in close collaboration with external agency partners (Blue United, Radancy and diva-e).
Skills/Experience Required
- Significant experience of the design and delivery of recruitment marketing and employer brand campaigns gained within agency and/or client-side.
- The ability to operate in a matrixed global environment - gaining trust with stakeholders and navigating organisational complexity.
- Experience and expertise across the marketing mix - advertising, social media, digital, press, print, events and more.
- Able to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, wider HR. Comms, Marketing and within the business.
- Experience and understanding of the agency/client dynamic and able to manage projects effectively in context.
- Confident communicator with good presentation skills and writing ability.
- Understanding of banking and finance is useful but is not essential.
