Role Overview
The new role of the Global Director of Contingent & Consultancy Solutions will be to lead a comprehensive global enterprise sales strategy, value proposition and go to market proposition to grow Contingent and Consultancy solutions across the EMEA, APAC, Americas for MSP, Services Procurement, Project Solutions, Consultancy and Hire Train Deploy.
Responsibilities
This role will work in a matrix management environment within the group (Outsourcing, Recruitment, Central Management Teams), offshore counterparts and directly within the RW Consultancy Senior Leadership Team.
Strong leadership and clearly defined plans will be critical to the success of the role.
The role will require the individual to drive and create a cohesive company culture that is aligned to our overall RW Group purpose and values and that supports in the delivery of business performance.
- Individual and team contribution to drive new logo wins and grow and expand white space within our existing customer portfolio across Consultancy, Advisory, Outsourcing and Recruitment customers.
- Supporting on major bids alongside with expertise, content, commercial guidance, cross-border operating models and hybrid contingent workforce solutions.
- Mapping out, networking and cultivating key client engagement at the right level, in the 'buying area' leveraging group wide connections and introductions where possible.
- Full sales cycle from introduction, qualification, proposal, commercials and contract and commercial negotiation and close.
- Using a consultative, strategic account development approach and your networking skills.
- Driving engagement with senior stakeholders and decision makers, navigating through complex organisational structures.
- Developing new opportunities, nurture and grow existing customer relationships becoming a key contributor to capturing new leads.
- Identifying clients' requirements and develop accountable solutions and proposals to deliver business results and solve resourcing challenges.
- Managing the contract and procurement process to agree terms and complete legal process.
- Identifying key stakeholders/decision makers through email, phone calls, video calls, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to establish a portfolio of clients and network of contacts.
- Accountability for global new business budget for Consultancy solutions, annually with strategy to deliver to the 2028 target and regional expansion.
- Actively engaged in and leading solutions design, customer presentations, proposal submissions.
- Reviewing internal initiatives and incentives to expand lead generation across the different business units.
- Working alongside dedicated marketing for outsourcing and consultancy to support go to market and campaign strategies linked to various personas, industry sectors and regions.
- Supporting and creating the brand sales channel strategy alongside various product SME’s and wider sales teams, customer segments, pursuits.
- Accountability for both new logo acquisition plus white space expansion, aiming towards 50/50 split for personal versus team contribution.
- Using Robert Walters sales engagement methodology APEX (Franklin Covey) throughout all sales process, content creation, using the scoring index to progress opportunities through the gates and stages to ensure accurate weighted sales pipeline and reporting. Act as mentor and coach for consultative sales techniques
- Partnering with Global, Corporate and Regional sales teams to sell products into the Global Enterprise and Key National customer account portfolio (whitespace).
