We are seeking a Governance Associate to join our team!

What You Will Be Doing:

Audit & Governance

  • NFRM Controls
  • Prep
  • Daily / monthly / quarterly testing
  • Reporting


Process Testing

  • Dashboard management and delivery
  • Formal Governance performance reporting
  • Identify & highlight trends and key risk areas
  • Deep dive control testing to identify systematic issues or process fails
  • Formal Audit preparation & response


Change Control

  • Partner with Change team to investigate system control issues, facilitate remediation, provide reporting and monitoring
  • Facilitate and support change control across governance and policy
  • Change control tracking & communication


Training

  • Develop consistent approach to global training for all policy and control updates
  • Collate and report on training attendance globally
  • Manage the repository of global training material and process guidance and facilitate any updates as required.
  • Partner to develop and implement a training framework
  • Support Risk & Control when knowledge gaps are identified
  • Support with training gap assessment
  • Deliver and implement training as needed
  • Process Efficiency and Continuous improvement
  • Utilize control testing data and observations to support with ongoing continuous improvement
  • drive process excellence through data led observations


Local requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience of Governance/Internal Audit/Quality Assurance
  • Good understanding of general HR or Recruitment/RPO
  • Demonstrates ability to perform complex analysis
  • Exhibits strong qualities of a highly logical and critical thinker Meticulous strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills, able to deliver high quality work independently
  • Good working knowledge of Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with Power BI would be an advantage
