About the Role:

The Global Operations Function will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance processes that enable Robert Walters to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. The primary objective of this role is to lead the analysis, auditing, and review of work outputs and data from this account across all regions, ensuring that quality systems remain both effective and efficient.

In addition to these oversight responsibilities, the Governance Lead will support Account Managers and the Client Services Director in identifying areas for improvement, with the aim of reducing quality failures, improving process efficiency, and enhancing overall team performance. A strong emphasis will be placed on driving adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining high standards of operational governance, and ensuring continuous improvement.

Furthermore, this role will play a critical part in the design and implementation of a global governance framework, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment of quality standards across all regions.

What you will be doing:

  • Working directly with the most senior Stakeholders within the account to act as a neutral ‘consultant’ in terms of re-defining processes and challenging the ‘status quo’ – giving a fresh perspective on how to eliminate risk from an account from a revenue protection prospective
  • Responsible for ensuring governance controls and business assurance in place on the account and managing project workstream owners
  • Drive data integrity within the account in relation to revenue assurance and protection, ensuring controls, tools and frameworks are in place and review progress and track areas for training
  • Regularly review metrics to ensure validity and compliance based on ongoing service and process changes.
  • Working with Senior Leadership Teams to ensure health check is in place across the service
  • Responsible for the creation of the data/ SLA and governance slides and working with the Account Director, who will deliver other content in conjunction with management team
  • Implementation of operational best practice standards and training, including end to end process reviews
  • Acting as a change champion, deploying new changes to process, policy and or service improvements. Working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to support rolling-out new changes, ensuring all delivery teams are aware of process/ policy changes
  • Completing operational compliance health-checks and audits across processes and operational documentation (e.g. desk manuals and client processes)
  • Assisting with the delivery of training for all new starters
  • Work with Robert Walters Internal Audit team to facilitate review of data and service points
  • Assist with monthly governance meetings with client
  • Holding all managers and team members to account for their respective areas from a governance perspective
  • Provide additional support and knowledge of Financial / Expense / Billing processes and ensure these run smoothly. Provide back-up for the Operational lead and have a thorough understanding of the data
  • Gain a strong understanding of the Resource Solutions remit within the client and work as an active team player in the team, in achieving objectives and exceeding expectations
  • Ad hoc projects
