A globally renowned investment management firm is seeking a polished, detail-oriented Recruitment Scheduler to join their high-performing Talent Acquisition team in London.

Contract 3-6 months (Day Rate)

The Role:
This position will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring a seamless interview process across multiple business areas. You’ll support recruiters and hiring managers by coordinating complex interview schedules, liaising with senior stakeholders and candidates, and helping to maintain an efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interviews across global time zones, often with senior-level stakeholders

  • Act as the point of contact for candidates throughout their interview journey

  • Support recruiters with scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks

  • Maintain data accuracy in the applicant tracking system (Workday experience desirable)

  • Help uphold a first-class employer brand by delivering a white-glove candidate experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–4 years’ experience in a recruitment coordination or scheduling role (in-house or RPO)

  • Polished communication style and professional maturity

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines

  • Experience working in fast-paced, corporate, or global environments (financial/professional services preferred)
