Robert Walters are actively hiring for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant Product recruiter to join our team based in Covent Garden.

What does this role involve?

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the product space, from start-ups to FTSE 100 companies across industries like Financial Services, Banking, Legal, Technology, Commerce & Industry.
• You will lead the product function and be the go-to expert in this space at Robert Walters.
• Growing client relationships and working closely with your colleagues and peers to cross-sell opportunities and expand client relationships where possible.
• Staying ahead of market trends, salary benchmarks, and tech stack changes.
• Driving business development and expanding your network within the London data market.
• Delivering outstanding candidate and client experience from initial contact to onboarding.

• The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in 360 agency product recruitment.
• As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take a lead role in business development, driving client relationships and growing your market.
• You will be a confident communicator with a consultative approach and client-first mindset.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and collaborative—you're someone who enjoys both autonomy and teamwork.
