What will the role include at Robert Walters London?

  • This is a full 360 recruitment role with a strong sales focus. You will be responsible for driving business development, building new client relationships, and sourcing top talent through networking, meetings, and events.
  • You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from generating leads to qualifying and selling recruitment services to potential clients.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, negotiating contracts, and pitching tailored solutions will be a core part of your role.
  • You’ll have the chance to work with exclusive, high-profile clients and engage with influential business leaders across various sectors.

What are we looking for at Robert Walters?

  • We’re looking for highly driven and results-oriented sales professionals who are eager to join a leading recruitment consultancy during an exciting period of growth.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is essential. Recruitment experience is a bonus but not a requirement.
  • You should have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, with experience in client-facing roles across any industry.
  • You’re a natural relationship builder, with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
