What You Will Be Doing

  • Serve as the Client’s relationship manager with key contacts at universities (i.e. careers services, placement offices, deans, faculties, student societies.)
  • Research, develop, and implement innovative best practices across the full life cycle of recruitment and programs, with a focus on diversity and inclusion
  • Own and drive complete strategic and marketing initiatives on campus (e.g. emails, e-shots, advertisements and posters)
  • Drive the Diversity & Inclusion recruiting initiatives to expand our diverse talent pipeline, partnering with external and internal stakeholders
  • Project-manage, host and attend campus events (e.g. careers fairs, workshops, case studies, presentations, banking treks, etc.)
  • End to end support and execution of your campus attraction strategy, selection & CV screening process, managing the interview scheduling and offer process and keep warm strategy key recruitment pipeline programmes (e.g. Summer Interns, Work Placements, Off Cycles)
  • Keep abreast of trends in recruitment, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking
  • Build relationships with key recruiting contacts within the business and HR and partner with them on regional strategy/ business plans
  • Work with the business to highlight strong candidates on campus and ultimately develop and coach them throughout the process
  • Monitor and help drive the sell process for all candidates once an offer has been extended
  • Work with team members on recruiting projects such as managing the insight programs and summer internship programs
  • Produce annual campus recruitment analysis reports

Who You Are

  • Previous Campus Recruitment experience with at least two completed recruitment cycles, preferably at a financial institution
  • Previous experience in implementing innovative best practices to further the Diversity & Inclusion agenda will be hugely beneficial
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills; ability to thrive in a deadline driven and fast paced environment
  • Strong team player: ability to work effectively in teams is essential
  • Results-orientated: ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered
  • Strong Project Management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and project plan on an annual basis
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Partnering with clients and colleagues: solid oral and written communication and relationship management skills; client facing and credible; strong negotiation skills; ability to develop internal and external relationships; ability to manage diverse stakeholders and to build networks quickly
