Role summary - Recruitment Researcher Our client is on the hunt for a Recruitment Researcher who will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional candidate experience, comprehensive sourcing and managing a variety of vacancies.

What you'll do:
As a Recruitment Researcher, you will be at the forefront of the recruitment process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting potential candidates for a diverse range of roles. You will manage recruitment processes, attend job briefing calls with clients, and communicate regularly with candidates via email and phone. Your role will also involve qualifying candidates for roles to ensure their suitability, scheduling interviews, preparing candidates for interviews, writing engaging job adverts, and updating the CRM system with candidate information.

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates for a variety of vacancies
  • Managing recruitment processes effectively
  • Attending job briefing calls with clients alongside the Recruitment Manager
  • Communicating with candidates via email and phone
  • Qualifying candidates for roles to ensure suitability
  • Interview scheduling and preparing candidates for interviews
  • Writing and posting engaging job adverts
  • Updating the CRM with candidate information

You should be competent with various IT programmes, showcasing your ability to navigate digital tools with ease.
