A leading Private debt asset management firm seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join their dynamic team, crucial to identify and attract top talent to support growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet our high standards.
