The Team – Workforce Consultancy (WFC)
The Workforce Consultancy division of Robert Walters require a Head of Growth to expand our Recruit Train Deploy services and grow our consultant population deployed to our customers assignments. We are committed to empowering individuals with the skills they need to succeed in today's competitive job market.
Our service offerings range from our early in careers Recruit Train Deploy Academy, our resource deployment of experienced professionals, the delivery of teams and capability, upskill and reskill pathways and journeys and advisory on identifying and implementing compliant, cost-efficient governed consulting solutions.
The Head of Growth will lead the pursuit and strategic account expansion and development into new regions and new logo wins. This role is an incredible opportunity to have a huge impact on the growth of Workforce Consultancy and to drive the client acquisition sales strategy within EMEA, America and APAC.
What You Will be Doing:
- Growing Workforce Consultancy solutions within existing Resource Solutions MSP and RPO customers, winning new client logos, and expanding current client portfolio into new global regions.
- In conjunction with Group Marketing develop and lead the go to market strategies: campaigns, events, white papers and propositions to generate new leads and grow the services across the group.
- Lead and build the client pursuit plan and shape the services across managed services and consulting delivery.
- Map out, network and cultivate key client engagement at the right level, in the 'buying area' leveraging group wide connections and introductions where possible.
- Full sales cycle from introduction, qualification, proposal, commercials and contract.
- Using a consultative, strategic account development approach and your networking skills.
- Driving engagement with senior stakeholders and decision makers, navigating through complex organisational structures.
- You will develop new opportunities, nurture and grow existing customer relationships becoming a key contributor to capturing new leads.
- Identify clients' requirements and develop accountable solutions and proposals to deliver business results and solve resourcing challenges.
- Managing the contract and procurement process to agree terms and complete legal process.
- Identify key stakeholders/decision makers through email, phone calls, video calls, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to establish a portfolio of clients and network of contacts.
- Input, analyse and interpret all relevant sales management information to prioritise incoming workload and qualify sales opportunities
- Use relevant data housed in Microsoft Dynamics to fully report on sales activity
Who You Are:
- Highly competent and demonstrable track record of selling Recruit Train Deploy, Resource Augmentation and Statement of Work solutions, understanding the sales process and key components of a technical programme (4+ years)
- Educated to degree level or equivalent sales / customer facing experience (4+ years)
- Demonstrable track record of selling either contingent resource, project consultancy or managed service models.
- Experience of managing the end-to-end sales process from initial scoping, solution design, bid preparation, presentations, commercial modelling and contract negotiation.
- Ability to demonstrate extensive and effective stakeholder engagement in addition to working alongside internal teams
- Aptitude for interpreting client resource challenges and translating these into opportunities for Workforce Consultancy.
- Able to demonstrate building successful accounts highlighting revenue growth, ability to work within clients in multiple regions, across a range of industries and the ability to close deals.
- Ability to build and improve long-term professional relationships with customers/contacts
- Persuasive and able to effectively use a wide range of influence, negotiation, and selling skills.
- Proficient in using IT systems e.g. Client Relationships Management systems and in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
