About the Role:


This position is responsible for coordinating the logistics and execution of lateral recruitment efforts with our client. This position represents the front-line contact for all issues relating to recruiting.

The Coordinator will work closely with a team of recruiters, the business line, external vendors, and candidates to ensure the overall effort to attract top tier candidates to our firm. This position will also have line management responsibility for 3 Coordinators (in EMEA and APAC).


Responsibilities:

  • Provide recruitment support for a team of recruiters including scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating in-person, phone, and video conference interviews
  • Line manage 3 Recruitment Coordinators in a player-coach role; deal with any escalations accordingly, ensure appropriate coordination cover across business areas
  • Create, collect and compile feedback and manage briefing documents
  • Maintain excellent data integrity and timely data entry in the applicant tracking system
  • Post jobs on internal and external job boards
  • Partner with recruiter on offer proposals and approvals, as well as generating offer sign off memos, offer letters and offer documents for all new hires
  • Continuously look at ways to improve processes
  • Develop and maintain effective and trusted relationships with recruiters, HR teams, and hiring managers
  • Occasionally arrange domestic and international travel for candidates
  • Complete ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives


Who you are:

  • Solid experience in a client facing/customer service-oriented role, ideally within recruitment coordination
  • Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and speed
  • Possesses a proactive approach to accomplishing work, has immaculate follow up, and demonstrates the flexibility to meet business needs with a focus on achieving results, able to make independent decisions when needed
  • Some line management or supervisory experience within coordination/administration roles
  • Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize workload independently
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, energetic global environment
  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism, ability to interface with all levels of the company, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters
  • Excellent technology skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network with various departmental personnel and outside parties
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Applicant tracking system experience - Workday experience would be a plus
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
