A well established financial services company is looking for an interim Campus Recruiter for 6 months (day rate).
An interim role as a Campus Recruiter in a fast paced, dynamic environment working with a well established, global financial services company. Working to support and lead on a number of programmes within the team, and also supporting/developing effective external stakeholder relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- develop and execute diversity hiring strategies
- external stakeholder management and relationships
- analysis on hiring needs and demand
- sourcing and pre screening candidates
- plan and manage programmes
- coaching and training managers
Key requirements:
- previous campus recruitment experience is preferred (or experience with high volume recruiting)
- leadership/management experience
- high standards and attention to detail
- excellent written and communication skills
- consultative mindset
- flexibility on working hours is needed as sometimes things may occur on weekends
