A large London school federation are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join them permanently.
A large educational federation are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead a specialist stream of recruitment to drive a highly efficient and best practice recruitment process through advisory, change management and adoption.
Permanent position, reporting into the Head of Talent and Attraction & Resourcing, supporting the delivery of talent objects, processes and projects with the aim to identify, manage and map talent.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Developing new and existing sourcing strategies for talent pipelines, candidate pools and nurturing talent in line with workforce planning, from entry level to senior leadership.
Develop network and talent pools though advertising, headhunting, events, social media and employee referrals.
Using data and reporting to advise leaders and stakeholders on recruitment best practice and provide updates on recruitment.
Work with business leaders, HR and hiring managers to educate and enable hiring managers on best practice recruitment techniques.
Maintain exceptional standards and integrity to ensure the candidate has a good experience with a seamless process throughout.
Key Requirements Include:
Extensive in-house/ RPO recruitment experience
Demonstrable experience in design and implementation of talent.
Sourced using multiple channels and techniques.
Ability to utilise data, reporting, market trends and insights.
Prior use of ATS and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication skills.
PLEASE NOTE: Full time in the office for first 4 months then working hybrid 2/3 days, location in Croydon SE London.
