Main responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager include:
- Working with key stakeholders to understand the individual requirements for each vacancy.
- Recruiting new Contact Centre specialists using a multitude of recruitment techniques, job boards and LinkedIn.
- Identifying and pre-qualifying candidates thoroughly and effectively to assess their suitability for roles within the business.
- Headhunting using a variety of proactive techniques.
- Candidate and competitor mapping.
- Working at pace, building a strong candidate network.
- Arranging, supporting and assisting interview processes with hiring managers.
- Organising and managing assessment centres to enable us to hire at volume.
- Constructing engaging and attractive job adverts across a range of digital platforms.
- Regularly reporting recruitment trends and updates for the wider business.
- Attending careers fairs and recruitment events.
- Providing insight and analysis of market trends and candidate behaviours.
Skills required of the Talent Acquisition Manager role will include:
- Comfortable working with high levels of activity.
- Demonstrable experience in multiple methods of sourcing candidates.
- Strong background in successfully selling and closing roles.
- Full competency in utilising sourcing tools and job boards, including LinkedIn.
- Focus on matching requirements around skills, experience and values.
- 3+ years experience within agency or in-house sales recruitment.
- Extremely organised, confident in multi-tasking and managing multiple stakeholders.
