Delivery Consultant

Role: Delivery Consultant Salary: up to £33,000 (dependent on experience) Location: Stratford - Upon - Avon (80% home working) Permanent

Due to growth, I am working with a company for a Delivery Consultant to join a award-winning Recruitment team. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, adaptable team that supports high-volume and a variety of vacancies across the UK.

Experience needed for the Delivery Consultant:

• Previous recruitment experience to drive our candidate attraction and direct sourcing results
• Recruitment experience, from an in-house, RPO, or agency environment
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies
• Experience with direct sourcing and candidate attraction methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a variety of audiences

This role is located in Stratford - Upon - Avon. 80% of the role is home working.
