Role: Recruitment Adviser Salary: Circa £40,000 (dependent on experience) Location: Stratford - Upon - Avon (80% home working) Permanent

Due to growth, I am working with a company for a Recruitment Adviser to join a award-winning Recruitment team. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, adaptable team that supports high-volume and a variety of vacancies across the UK.

With a proven track record of managing diverse recruitment campaigns, you regularly deliver excellent results within challenging time scales. Following best practice, you ensure the most suitable candidates are hired through fair and transparent processes, and you’re committed to continuous improvement and delivering high quality results.

The Recruitment Adviser will also have:

• Experience of finding and engaging great talent
• Ability to build and maintain long-lasting stakeholder relationships
• Excellent influencing skills and the ability to negotiate when required
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
