An excellent opportunity is available for an Account Executive with a leading global provider of flexible law firm-led solutions working in partnership with a leading legal business based in Birmingham City Centre. The Account Executive will complement the work of Account Managers, who are at the front-line of delivering the service, interacting with clients and candidates to meet the demand and supply. You will be focused on the fulfilment side of the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete the internal sourcing process and present suitably sourced candidates to Account Managers for client assignments Looking at applications to decide whether candidates should progress to personality questionnaire stage
• Assessing candidate behaviour profiles and putting through to interview (in conjunction with Account Manager depending on complexity of the profile
• Interviewing candidates face to face, as required
• Providing telephone feedback to unsuccessful candidates
• Writing initial biography for successful candidates in conjunction with Talent Acquisition Consultants
• Update applicant tracking system

The Recruitment Account Executive will ideally possess experience of working in a legal services environment, or a professional services environment such as accountancy or financial services. You will have an understanding of and interest in the changes to the legal sector and have excellent customer/client interaction and experience of the recruitment and selection process including interviewing, assessment and job offers.
