We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner to join a well-known organisation on a permanent basis just outside Birmingham Centre. This is an exciting role for a global business, where you will be responsible for the recruitment process start to finish. In this exciting Recruitment Partner role, the salary is depending on experience however likely to be £32,000 - £40,000 + car and benefits.

About the Recruitment Partner role:

• Managing and developing the strategic relationship between the business area and the recruitment team for both temporary and permanent recruitment
• Personally, recruiting various roles across the business
• Advising on recruitment strategy and innovative sourcing techniques for all temporary and permanent roles
• Writing job descriptions and working with line managers to focus on key requirements
• Advertising roles, using various job boards, LinkedIn and new methods to attract talent
• Organising and attending graduate fairs and increasing brand awareness
• Organising interviews, working with agencies when needed and
• Implementing strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes for the business
• Producing and ensuring meaningful MI information and reporting to reflect the value add of the function
• Supporting with workforce planning and forecasting, and helping the business to translate their objectives to resourcing plans

Experience required for the Recruitment Partner role:

• Experience in an internal recruitment role
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly
