I am currently recruiting for a generalist HR & Recruitment Advisor to join the team of a global organisation based in Stockport. This is a maternity cover for 12 months, offering between £30,000 - £35,000 + additional benefits.
About the HR & Recruitment Advisor role
This role will report directing into the HR Business Partner whilst supporting the Recruitment Advisor, this role will have more of a focus on the internal recruitment. You will also provide a generalist advisory service, you will be advising management and employees on HR related queries whilst ensuring all legal requirements are followed. You will own the end to end recruitment process, you will provide a high standard of service throughout the recruitment process. You will need experience working with high volumes of recruitment and think of innovative routes to market.
You will also support on any ad hoc projects the business needs from within the HR function. There are a lot of exciting projects taking place within the business that you will be apart of, you will naturally develop as a HR & Recruitment professional.
An crucial part of this role will be to build strong relationships within the business, you must have previous experience building these essential working relationships. You will work closely with the management teams to provide information on budgets and performance reviews.
For this opportunity you must have some, if not all the below skills & experience
- Previous experience working within a recruitment role (agency or recruitment)
- Previous experience working with high volumes of recruitment
- Previous experience providing HR advice
- Strong understanding of employment law
- Previous experience with the end to end recruitment process (internal or agency)
- Advanced in using the Microsoft packages
