EMEA Benefits Analyst
A leading global digital organisation is seeking an experienced EMEA Benefits Analyst to join their dynamic Employee Experience team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
EMEA Benefits Analyst – 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
This role will support benefits operations and renewals across 23 EMEA countries, playing a key role in delivering inclusive and value-driven employee benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the insured benefit renewals process across EMEA

Act as a key point of contact between payroll, benefits platform providers, and internal stakeholders

Maintain and improve the internal benefits platform and processes

Support regional Time Off & Leave policies and legislative compliance

Provide tier-2 support to employee and manager benefit-related queries

Collaborate with Program Managers on system enhancements and special projects
Key Requirements:
-
5+ years of experience in employee benefits across EMEA
-
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Experience managing vendors and outsourced service providers
-
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
