TUPE Specialist: salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Location: fully remote with travel to Midlands as needed The new TUPE Specialist role enables HR processes to ensure a consistent and high-quality employee experience.

We are seeking a meticulous and seasoned TUPE Specialist to join a People and HR team. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the organizational structure within the HR systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date hierarchy information. You will expertly handle TUPE processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. By ensuring precise hierarchy information and smooth TUPE transitions, you will support seamless HR operations.

Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

  • Sufficient experience in managing and maintaining organizational hierarchies within HR systems or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in ensuring data integrity through regular audits and reconciliations
  • Experience of managing TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment) processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions
  • Experience of working collaboratively with HR, ER, and other departments to implement changes and resolve issues related to organizational hierarchies
  • Strong background in generating and analysing reports on organizational structure, headcount, and TUPE activities to support decision-making
  • Experience in providing training and support to HR staff and other stakeholders on HR systems, hierarchy management, and TUPE processes
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to organizational data management and TUPE
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, particularly those involving organizational changes and TUPE transitions
  • Experience in leading and mentoring HR team members, fostering a supportive and knowledgeable team environment
