An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join a dynamic team in Manchester City Centre. This role offers the chance to provide HR and Employment Law advice to a diverse range of clients across various sectors.

What you'll do:

  • Continually update personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law
  • Achieve set performance aims to support all clients with quality advice in a productive manner within set SLAs.
  • Actively own and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction.
  • Log all advice accurately onto the internal system, taking ownership and responsibility for ongoing cases.
  • Provide clients with bespoke supporting information/documentation to assist them in implementing the solutions provided.
  • Review client documentation and provide advice, accordingly, taking their applicable internal terms and conditions into account in each case.
  • Undertake and report on client visits as required by the Advisory Service Managers
  • Follow internal protocols for managing and escalating cases where applicable to ensure high-quality handovers.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and Employment Law
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
