I am currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant position partnering with a recognisable financial services business based in Greater London. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced, well-organised and hardworking individual to support the Group head of HR of the business in all aspects of their working life by scheduling, correspondence and meetings.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Managing a wide variety of initiatives for senior leadership of the division
- Co-ordinating detailed travel arrangements and itineraries
- Processing expense reports and invoices timely
- Managing head of HR’s Diaries
- Preparing for and orienting new joiners (ordering provisions, IT set up)
- Extensive proactive, calendar and diary management
- Screening phone calls and manage correspondence received
- Invoice Management
The Ideal Executive Assistant:
•Minimum 5 years working as an Executive Assistant, preferably within Banking
•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
•Ability to work well under pressure in a busy and dynamic environment
•Professional manner when liaising with management at all levels
•Punctual and reliable
•Meticulous attention to detail
•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
•High level of discretion/confidentiality when handling sensitive and confidential information
•Previous experience in supporting senior executives and managing complex calendars is preferred
This Executive Assistant position is a permanent role based out of their central London office, offering a competitive starting salary. This role is 5 days a week in the office.
