Im currently seeking a HR Project Manager to join my clients team to cover a period of maternity leave for 12 months, salary up to £50k per annum.
About The HR Project manager Role
As the HR Project Manager in the 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave you will oversee the integration of a HR System within a fast paced and commercial organisation as well as smaller projects that will run during the length of the contract. The purpose of the role is ensure that correct methodologies are used and structure is applied throughout so that projects are delivered on time, other duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Working with senior stakeholders and other internal customers to design and deliver projects against the established needs
- Manage the full end to end process of projects, including costing, calculating risks and planning resource to implement projects successfully into the organisation
- Support the HR function with the roll out of all projects and initiatives ensuring they are aligned with the People Plan
- Looking at continuous improvement of people systems and processes whilst remaining within legislation of the regulatory bodies
About you the HR Project Manager
You will have previous project management experience around the integration/implementation of HR Systems and have previously worked within a HR environment to allow you to bend best practice with project management disciplines. You will also posses strong stakeholder management skills who is able to communicate efficiently with colleagues at all levels. Ideally, you will have experience of working within an FCA regulated environment however this is not essential.
